Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & BOQ: Review tender documents and architectural drawings to build accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and system architecture. 
System Expertise: Configure designs for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), BMS/IBMS, and Structured Cabling. 
Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare compliance statements, cost sheets, and competitive bidding documents. 
Vendor & OEM Coordination: Work with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for product selection, pricing negotiation, and technical clarifications. 
Client Presentations: Support sales teams by presenting technical solutions, handling Q&A during defense meetings, and doing product demos. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in presales, system design, or estimation within the ELV/Security sector.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, active/passive networking, and major safety/security protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, client-facing communication, and deadline management.
