Job Description:
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Estimation: Analyze tender documents, drawings, and RFQs to design customized ELV solutions and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Proposal & Compliance: Create detailed technical proposals, compliance statements, and cost sheets.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Engage with OEMs to obtain pricing and technical support. Present technical architectures to clients and consultants.
Risk Assessment: Identify technical or commercial risks and propose value-engineered alternatives.
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of ELV and ICT systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address (PAVA), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and industry-standard design/costing tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
