Job Description:

*Key Responsibilities:*  
- Manage and promote Service Contracts & Genuine Consumables to customers.  
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order execution.  
- Develop new customer opportunities and maintain existing relationships.  
- Coordinate with Service, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.  
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support revenue growth.  

*Requirements:*  
- Experience in Contract Management / Tele Sales / Customer Relationship role.  
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.  
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
