Job Description:

• Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while managing and nurturing existing relationships.
• Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor channel strategies to drive revenue and market penetration.
• Performance Optimization: Set sales targets, analyze partner performance metrics, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure goals are met.
• Enablement & Support: Provide training, marketing resources, and technical support to partners, enabling them to sell effectively.
• Collaboration: Work with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel efforts with company objectives.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve potential conflicts between different sales channels to maintain partner satisfaction. 
   

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term partner relationships.
• Sales Strategy: Expertise in sales forecasting, funnel management, and developing joint business plans.
• Education/Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, along with experience in sales or account management.
