Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities: Research new markets, industry trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Prospect new clients via phone, email, and social media, cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
    .
Strategic Networking: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to develop professional relationships.
Negotiation & Closing: Create business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategy with customer needs and company goals.
Performance Tracking: Maintain client databases and track performance metrics to report progress to company executives.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience (usually 2+ years) in sales, business development, or a relevant field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and deal-closing capabilities.
