Job Description:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Prospect, qualify, and close B2B deals to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
• Technical Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert (SME), explaining technical product features and providing technical support to clients.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare technical-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
• Product Demo & Support: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and manage customer trials.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure product alignment and timely delivery.
• Reporting: Submit regular sales forecasts, CRM updates, and visit reports to management. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related technical field (e.g., B.Tech, B.Pharm).
• Experience: Proven B2B sales experience, often in technical industries like chemicals, pharma, or IT.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, technical acumen, presentation, and communication skills.
