Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, guests, and patients with a professional demeanor.
Bilingual Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and translate or relay messages clearly in Arabic and English.
Appointments & Coordination: Schedule client visits, manage calendars, and direct callers to the correct departments.
Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, basic record-keeping, and sorting mail.
Office Presentation: Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written proficiency in Arabic and English.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a front desk, secretarial, or customer service role.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and a friendly, polite attitude.
