Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Reconciliation & Accuracy: Reconciling general ledgers and bank statements, and correcting discrepancies
    .
Tax Compliance: Computing taxes, preparing tax returns (VAT, income tax), and ensuring compliance with local/federal regulations.
Auditing & Internal Control: Conducting internal audits and maintaining internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
& Analysis: Forecasting cash flow, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to improve profits.
Transactional Management: Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Certifications: Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
