Job Description:

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate, review, and distribute accurate invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Payment Processing: Post daily customer payments via ACH, check, or credit card and reconcile with accounts receivable records.
• Collections Management: Actively follow up on past-due accounts via email or phone, resolving discrepancies to secure payment.
• Aging Analysis: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to track overdue accounts and update management on outstanding debt.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger, investigating and resolving unapplied credits.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on cash inflows and customer credit health. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (spreadsheets, VLOOKUPs).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP), billing procedures, and collection techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication for client negotiation, high accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
