Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning: Predict short- and long-term workloads, staffing requirements, and volume trends using historical data.
Scheduling: Build efficient shift schedules that match peak business hours, employee availability, and skill sets.
Real-Time/Intraday Management: Monitor live operations and make real-time adjustments to staff assignments to hit daily performance targets.
Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics like occupancy rates, shrinkage, and attendance patterns.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and specialized WFM scheduling tools. Strong background in data analysis and metrics tracking.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
