Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

* Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital communication channels

* Understand client needs and provide accurate information about our treatments and services

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

* Manage and update client information in the CRM system

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

* Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client satisfaction

 

Requirements

 

* Proven experience in sales (telesales or call center experience is a strong advantage)

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Bachelor’s degree or higher

* Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products

* Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented
