Job Description:

✨ Key Responsibilities:

* Collect client information, including reference images, placement photos, and size details for the artists.

* Recommend suitable artists, provide pricing, and estimate session durations.

* Coordinate with artists regarding cover-ups, touch-ups, and custom projects.

* Accurately manage bookings, issue invoices, and explain deposit requirements and studio policies.

* Process payments through Zbooni and send clients their complete booking information.

* Maintain payment records and update artist schedules and working hours.

* Generate weekly sales reports for each artist.

* Create and manage payment albums to keep transactions organized.

* Handle client inquiries, complaints, cancellations, refunds, and follow up on pending deposits.

* Update email signatures with current artist availability and rates.

* Send the Guest Artist Handbook and assist in welcoming new and returning guest artists. 🤝

✅ Requirements:

* Proficient in Mac Numbers and Pages.

* Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* A strong interest in tattoos and a willingness to learn more about the industry is a big plus! 🖋️
