Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify business technology needs, run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and evaluate tech vendors.
Contract Negotiation: Secure optimal pricing, SLAs, license terms, and renewals while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with OEMs, software publishers, and cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) while tracking performance.
Compliance & Governance: Partner with legal and IT security teams to ensure data protection and regulatory alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Competencies: IT category management, contract law, cost reduction strategies, and spend analytics.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in ERP and e-procurement platforms like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, paired with 3 to 10+ years of relevant tech purchasing experience.
