Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide dedicated on-site technical support at the customer's premises.

✅ Deliver day-to-day technical assistance throughout working hours, ensuring uninterrupted customer operations.

✅ Work independently as a Resident Engineer while maintaining high service standards.

✅ Coordinate with the internal technical team whenever advanced technical support is required.

✅ Build strong customer relationships by delivering prompt, professional, and effective support.

 🔹Requirements

✔️ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

✔️  2–3 years of hands-on experience in the AIDC industry.

✔️ Strong IT background with excellent computer skills.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage on-site customer support responsibilities effectively.

✔️ Willingness to travel when required.
