Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for engineering, technical, and project roles.
• Work closely with project leadership on workforce planning and manpower mobilization.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and strategic sourcing channels.
• Ensure alignment with Saudization requirements and labor regulations.
Requirements
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, pipeline, or energy sector.
• Proven experience hiring engineers, technical, and project-based workforce.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills.
