Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Proactively identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the hiring process from sourcing, screening resumes, and interviewing to negotiating job offers
    .
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborating with department heads to define job requirements and identify staffing needs.Candidate Experience: Ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for all applicants, fostering a strong employer brand.Data-Driven Reporting: Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tracking metrics like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire to improve recruitment effectiveness.Compliance & Strategy: Staying updated on employment laws and Developing innovative sourcing strategies for long-term hiring needs.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle Taleo, iCIMS Recruit), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for candidate outreach and relationship building.
