Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Operational Optimization: Improve processes, systems, and best practices to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Liaise with top leadership to set strategic goals, develop operational plans, and ensure company policies are followed.
  • Financial Management:
     Review financial data, manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement improvements to increase profitability.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate staff, including recruiting and allocating human resources.
Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee production/service quality, monitor KPIs, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Supply Chain/Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to manage inventory and resources.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an operations manager, team leader, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Competencies: Knowledge of financial management (P&L, budgets), project management, and organizational effectiveness.
