Job Description:

• Daily Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflows and efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating corrective actions to boost productivity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising between departments to align logistics, supply chain, and support efforts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to management.
• Vendor/Client Relations: Managing communication with vendors and stakeholders for improved service delivery and cost negotiation.
• Compliance: Ensuring all operational activities meet internal policies and regulatory standards. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience (1–3 years) in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to track performance and identify issues.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and relevant management software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
