Job Description:

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Utilize social media, job boards, networking, and passive candidate outreach to build talent pipelines.
• Hiring Strategy: Work with hiring managers to define requirements, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Interviewing & Screening: Conduct screening calls, structured interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Employer Brand Promotion: Represent the company at career events and improve company reputation through engaging candidate communication.
• Data-Driven Recruiting: Track metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to refine and improve the recruiting process.
• Candidate Experience: Manage communications, feedback, and offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth hiring process. 
   

• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Oracle Taleo or iCIMS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skills: Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
