Job Description:

 

• End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assessment & Selection: Conduct interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as an ambassador to build a strong employer brand, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
• Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate salary, benefits, and job offers to close candidates.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and ensure compliance with labor regulations. 

• Experience: Proven experience as a TA Officer, Specialist, or similar HR role.
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in leveraging social media and professional networks.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
