Job Description:
Pool Engineering Duties
Water Quality: Test pH, chlorine, and chemical levels; adjust automated dosing systems.
Mechanical Systems: Maintain and repair pool pumps, motors, heaters, filters, and UV systems.
Plumbing and Structural: Fix pipe leaks, clear blocked drains, and inspect pool tiling or grouting.
Building Maintenance Responsibilities
General Repairs: Handle general facility fixes including basic electrical, carpentry, and lighting.
Preventive Checks: Run routine safety audits on facility equipment, gates, and safety gear.
Record Keeping: Log chemical readings, completed work orders, and repair inventories.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma; technical or mechanical engineering background is a plus.
Certifications: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and basic first aid/CPR.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, safe handling of hazardous pool chemicals, and troubleshooting skills.
