Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and target brands whose marketing goals align with the property's audience demographics.
- Pitch Development: Create custom, persuasive sales decks and proposals that outline partnership packages (e.g., Title, Gold, Diamond) and ROI deliverables.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead pitches with C-suite executives, Marketing Directors, and Founders. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract details.
- Account Management & Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to guarantee sponsor benefits (activation, logos, VIP access) are fully executed.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term client relationships to drive annual renewals and upselling opportunities.
Core Requirements & Skills
- Proven Sales Track Record: Typically 2-5+ years of B2B sales, fundraising, or sponsorship experience.
- Commercial Awareness: Deep understanding of marketing trends, media buying, and brand awareness metrics.
- Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Networking: An established network of corporate contacts, brand managers, or advertising agency professionals is highly advantageous.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not mandatory.
