Job Description:

Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Maintain up-to-date employee records, manage attendance and leave systems, and assist with performance review processes.
Payroll & Benefits: Gather payroll inputs (timesheets, leaves), process monthly payrolls, and administer employee benefits like health insurance. 
Compliance & Grievances: Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievance resolution.
Administration
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, manage facility maintenance, and maintain optimal inventory of office supplies.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for office equipment and facility upkeep.
  • Travel & Events: Handle domestic/international travel arrangements and assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred for senior executive roles).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in a combined HR and administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or Payroll Software.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong multitasking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
