• Experience: 3+ years in technical writing, process documentation, or operations, often in industries like customer support, logistics, or compliance.
• Technical Writing: Excellent command of English with the ability to turn complex tasks into simple, step-by-step guides.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio), document management systems, or process mapping software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze workflows and process efficiency.
