Job Description:

• Strategic Growth: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, or donor relationships to meet organizational goals.
• Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning, design, and execution of development schemes.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and viability assessments to ensure profitability and ROI.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, local authorities, and investors.
