Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Execution: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Solution Selling: Analyze client requirements to recommend appropriate software solutions, often collaborating with technical teams to customize offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiating prices and closing deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, pipelines, and forecasting.
     
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Typically 1–5+ years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex software solutions, features, and benefits.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Results-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
