Job Description:

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with premium, reliable suppliers globally or locally for luxury items.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet high-end, aesthetic, and technical specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and site teams to align material procurement with project schedules.
• Cost Control: Monitor budget compliance, analyze costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations. 
   

• Experience: Proven experience in procurement, specifically within the luxury construction, interior design, or high-end building materials sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, finishes, and quality standards.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• System Proficiencies: Experience with ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel).
