• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end paid social media campaigns to meet marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, images, and video content for social channels.
• Budgeting & Optimization: Manage campaign budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CPA, and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights in regular reports.
• Audience Targeting: Research and define target audiences to improve targeting efficiency.
• Strategy Development: Develop long-term social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users to boost brand loyalty.
• Platform Expertise: Stay updated with, and utilize, the latest algorithm changes and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). 

• Experience: 3+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media analytics tools and paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills and basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
