Job Description:

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications.
• Contractor Collaboration: Working with general contractors, engineers, and architects to implement designs, ensuring efficient, functional space utilization.
• Project Management: Managing project schedules, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely completion of installations.
• Technical Implementation: Reviewing, creating, and editing blueprints, layouts, and construction documents.
• Material & Furniture Sourcing: Selecting, ordering, and coordinating the installation of furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with building codes, inspection regulations, and safety standards. 
   

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Maya), and image editing (e.g., Photoshop).
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, contractors, and clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in design and construction quality.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetic spaces.
