Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing construction work to ensure it meets design drawings and quality standards.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical advice, solving technical problems on-site, and reporting on progress
    .
Site Layout: Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site for structural components.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all personnel adhere to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
Quality Control: Inspecting work in progress, managing materials, and maintaining detailed records/daily reports.
Coordination: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and use surveying equipment.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software like MS Project.
  • Key Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in varying, often harsh, weather conditions on-site.
