Job Description:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and event objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content, paid ads) to boost attendance and engagement.
• Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
• Event Execution & Operations: Oversee on-site event logistics, marketing materials, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless experience.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity across all communication channels, marketing materials, and on-site branding.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze consumer behavior, and generate post-event reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Project teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation targets. 
   

• Experience: Minimum of 8–10+ years in marketing, with significant experience in event management, trade shows, or exhibitions.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and digital marketing analytics.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and managing external agencies/vendors.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
