Job Description:

• Site Supervision & Compliance: Oversee construction activities, conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to construction documents, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary link between the design team, clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and solve on-site construction issues, providing technical guidance to contractors.
• Quality Control & Reporting: Monitor material quality and construction quality, ensuring high standards are met and preparing detailed progress reports.
• Project Documentation: Maintain records of daily site work, design changes, and project expenditures. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in construction or architectural site engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, materials, and structural systems.
• Communication: Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
