Job Description:

• Strategic Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable schedules, translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and source vendors.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, risks, or issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, high-level project status reports to executive leadership and clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, including hiring and training.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards and company expectations. 

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, often 5–10+ years, with a track record of handling multiple complex projects.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and communication tools.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
