Job Description:

• Design Leadership: Lead complex, large-scale projects from ideation to launch, ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Prototyping & Visuals: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, interaction flows, and user journey maps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers.
• Strategy & Definition: Define "Jobs to be Done" (JTBD) and establish design principles and standards. 

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design for digital products (mobile and web).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, problem-solving, and shipped products.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Skills: Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
