Job Description:

Responsibilities
Develop and manage baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and milestones using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Perform critical path method (CPM) analysis, resource leveling, and earned value management (EVM).
Analyze delays, evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and draft recovery schedules.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress tracking dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to resolve bottlenecks.
Mentor and guide junior planning team members. 
Required Skills & Software
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong grasp of contract specifications, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
