Requirements:
✔Minimum 10+ years of experience working with Contractors and Consultants
✔Responsible for material selection, testing, approvals, and quality assurance for civil engineering projects
✔Strong knowledge of civil materials and finishes, including Architectural, Interior, Landscape, Structural, Façade, Water Features & Swimming Pools, Specialties, Furnishings, Equipment, Special Construction, and Conveying Systems
✔Proven experience in high-rise or residential construction projects in the UAE
✔Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
