Job Description:

• Strategic Planning: Define the company’s cyber security vision, roadmap, and security architecture.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, threat assessments, and security audits to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Leadership: Manage security teams, including security operations, engineering, and compliance.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Incident Response: Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, breaches, and ensure continuity of operations.
• Communication: Act as the primary liaison on security posture to executive leadership and the board.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party vendor risks and manage security vendor partnerships. 
   

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of threat landscapes, SIEM, forensics, cloud security, and network architecture.
• Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is highly preferred; others include CISM or CEH.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
