Job Description:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization and schematic design to design development and construction documents.
• Client Management: Collaborate with clients to establish needs, present design proposals (3D renderings, mood boards), and ensure satisfaction.
• Design & Technical Execution: Produce detailed layouts, select finishes, materials, and furnishings, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and project management oversight to junior and intermediate designers.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors for site visits and installation supervision. 
   

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or 3D rendering tools (3Ds MAX/VRAY).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
