Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Conceptualize, develop, and execute high-quality design, including space planning, color schemes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
Client Management: Lead client presentations, understand their vision, and manage expectations.
Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior designers, conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, often with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential or commercial projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
