Job Description:

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases, from conceptual design and space planning to construction administration.
• Client Management: Lead client meetings, interpret brand/client needs, and manage expectations.
• Design & Technical Execution: Develop design proposals, create 3D models/renderings, and produce detailed construction documentation sets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior designers, conducting design reviews and delegating tasks.
• Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Procurement: Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and manage budget constraints. 
   

• Experience: 7–10+ years in interior design or architecture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
