Job Description:

• Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior designs, including space planning, color schemes, and 3D renderings.
• Project Management: Manage all phases of projects, from initial programming and space planning to furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and construction administration.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, presenting designs, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Technical Documentation: Create and review detailed construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design solutions and professional development.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp).
• Certifications: NCIDQ certification (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) is often preferred or required.
• Skills: Strong project management, leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
