Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances.
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and leave tracking.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Support performance reviews, training, and engagement programs. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
3 to 6+ years of proven HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
