Job Description:

Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Resolve complex grievances, coach managers on disciplinary matters, and guide positive workplace culture initiatives. 
Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations (such as PF, ESI, and local labor acts), and internal company policies. 
Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding strategies, performance management systems (PMS), and succession planning. 
Operations & Analytics: Maintain HRIS data integrity, coordinate payroll inputs, and generate workforce metrics/reports for executive review. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) is strongly preferred. 
Experience: 6 to 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources generalist or HR business partner roles. 
Skills: Deep knowledge of employment law, strong conflict-resolution and negotiation proficiencies, and advanced familiarity with HRIS platforms
