Responsibilities

[Talent Acquisition]: Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from job profiling to candidate screening and offer negotiations.
[Compliance & Policy]: Develop and implement HR policies in strict accordance with labor legislation and employment regulations.
[Performance Management]: Oversee annual appraisal processes and design performance improvement plans alongside management.
[Employee Relations]: Manage complex conflict resolution, mediate workplace disputes, and handle formal employee grievances.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive, hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or generalist functions.
System Proficiency: Strong command of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and present key HR metrics to drive decision-making.
