Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business goals.
Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily financial operations, including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls to mitigate risk.
Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and manage relationships with auditors.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA.
Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP), strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
