Job Description:

• Revenue & Billing Management: Oversee daily invoicing, ensure revenue is recognized accurately and on time, and handle complex billing scenarios.
• Collections & Strategy: Analyze AR aging reports, develop strategies for reducing overdue accounts, and manage relationships with large clients.
• Reconciliation & Analysis: Perform month-end reconciliations of AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger, managing cash application and payment discrepancies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements, assisting with audits.
• Leadership: Mentor and train junior accounts receivable staff, conducting performance evaluations. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 3-5+ years in accounting, specifically in accounts receivable or general ledger roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
