Responsibilities

Client Retention & Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Revenue Generation: Set and achieve sales quotas by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Strategic Planning: Develop customized account plans, forecast sales, and analyze key performance metrics to drive business value.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior Account Managers or Account Representatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments (e.g., marketing, product, and sales).

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing account management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation/office tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, paired with strong time-management skills to juggle multiple portfolios.
