Job Description:

• Program Development & Implementation: Create, promote, and manage health education initiatives, such as mental health awareness, nutrition education, and physical activity programs.
• Support & Counseling: Act as a first point of contact for student welfare, offering guidance, triage services, and pastoral care to students.
• Policy & Safety: Ensure school policies reflect safety and wellbeing standards, including safeguarding procedures, child protection, and health safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Liaise with teachers, external health professionals, and community agencies to provide specialized support (e.g., counseling, mental health services).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and identify trends for future programming.
• Event Coordination: Plan and organize school-wide events focusing on wellbeing. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Nutrition, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children and families in an educational or community setting is often required.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to build rapport with students and staff; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
