Job Description:

• Customer Advisory: Assess client financial needs, educate them on products (e.g., interest rates, repayment options), and recommend suitable personal finance solutions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring all KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are accurate, complete, and adhere to internal/external regulatory guidelines.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage, LinkedIn cross-selling opportunities.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, specifically within banking, IDFC FIRST Bank or financial services, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
