Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identifying potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Delivering technical presentations and product demos to security experts, CIOs, and CISOs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Managing the complete sales cycle from lead to closure, including pricing negotiations.
  • Account Management: Following up with existing customers for renewals and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Tracking team sales performance, forecasting, and reporting metrics.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing teams and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to align sales efforts and drive joint initiatives.
     
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 4–7 years in IT Security, Cyber Security, or IT Infrastructure sales, with prior team handling experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, threat landscapes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
